Veteran Elite Teambuilding's mission is to assist veterans to succeed in life after military service. The VET approach focuses on high-impact areas strongly correlated with successful transition to civilian life: meaningful employment, health and fitness, and community. 

VET focuses on building a network in the Midwest by hosting leadership retreats for successful businesses and individuals, led by former US Navy SEALs. Participants experience a unique and unforgettable team-building retreat while developing their own leadership abilities through activities drawn from special operations training, such as patrolling, land navigation, and target execution.
